[arm-allstar] BF888 howto update

The BF888 makes a nice simple node radio but the mod can be a little heavy for some. Frits, W1FVB sent me a photo showing the connection for COS on the solder side of the board. This greatly simplifies the modification. I have updated the BF888 howto at hamvoip.org to reflect this change.
