Hi Jim,

Thanks for sharing this info! Talk about bizarre problems!

I've never personally seen any kind of problem like this related to this
type of setup, I've got numerous similar setups. I'm using Jetstream,
MFJ and Mean-Well switchers everywhere...And, many little Chinese 5V 
regulators.

Was this setup at home or at a site with broadcast transmitters??? --What 
I'm wondering is: was there significant high-power RF floating around?
