PTT        3              1
COS        6             8      -   Hi on signal, use carrierfrom=usb
TX          1             22    -  Data from URI to TX - might need preemphasis in simpleusb.conf
RX          4 (or 5)    21    -  Data to URI from RX - Deemphasis in simpleusb.conf if PCI pin 4GND           2                  19/20

rxboost may need to be 1 or 0 depending pin 4 or 5

Also since the radio is COS true to 5V you have to be careful about removing the radio (or turning it off) while connected as it could cause a hang. The DMK pulls high without load.
