[arm-allstar] BBB/Pi or RTCM

People have stated over and over throughout the thread that the RTCM is the only Allstar compatible device that votes and simulcasts. So asking if Sam if he is using a RTCM for simulcasting or not shows that either you aren't reading people's posts all the way through or you are in the first week of trying to kick a bad caffeine habit. Please don't feel victimized because people grow sick of repeating themselves. 

The documentation on the RTCMs and the voting mechanics of app_rpt is very well done, and answers all of your questions. Many newbies have deployed RTCM systems from design to finish with no help whatsoever from the group, so one would think that a system administrator would have much less of a problem grasping the basics.
