[arm-allstar] Power Supply for Pi2 (or BBB)

I missed the Nixie Tube.. LOL! I had to go back and look for that.
Something got lost in the translation. I still have a bunch of new nixie
tubes on shrink wrap cards in the collection of junk in my basement. I just
ant bring myself to toss them.
