[arm-allstar] Allstar Node Not Registering

when you say vpn. what is the setting, the allstar machine is the server or it is the client.

I've checked network connectivity. I can ping Google.  
I've checked VPN connectivity. 
I've checked for correct forwarded ports.
rpt_extnodes file is current (and my node shows up?)
I've checked the allstar node number and password in iax.conf

But my node does not show up in green on allstarlink.org, I'm not registering with the Echolink servers, and I cannot connect to any Allstar node. 

Troubleshooting suggestions, please? I've exhausted my meager abilities.
