[arm-allstar] SSH port

So I wanted to change my ssh port on my BBB to something non standard.

I typed cd /etc/ssh
Nano ssh_config

I then found port 222 and changed it to 1978

I tried service ssh restart...no joy
Restart sshd.service...nothing
Reboot ssh

Server by the look of things just rebooted.

So my guess is I need to get out the monitor and connect it. Can anyone
help me out of the ditch here?

I was able to accomplish this no problem on my RPI2 but that was a plex
media server. I must of made a typo somehow. Port 222 also does not work.
