[arm-allstar] Three nodes

Thanks, Doug. All I want is more pseudo nodes. There is only ONE USB node
involved.
Asterisk crashes after I try functioning the third pseudo node via the
"main" USB node.
It seems like I am having a hard time communicating what I am trying to do.
The two pseudo nodes are used ONLY for serial control of radios.
