[arm-allstar] BBB/Chirp/Baofeng

While not strictly about the BBB I thought this might be of some use if 
you aren't too au fait with Linux.
I've put together a " mobile " node using the BBB,Teltonica Router and a 
Baofeng 888 following the instructions here.
It's been running at home "on test" and it's first visit outside is 
tomorrow in the car.

I was attempting to check the frequencies in the Baofeng and each time I 
got a "radio failed to respond" prompt.
I knew this wasn't down to the cable+chip as I had a "proper" FTDI cable 
so I tried the cmd [ lsusb ] to see where the cable was.

[ lsusb ] didn't give any results atall BUT :-

[ dmsg | grep tty ] did and a change from the default port was all that 
was needed to get the info to/from the Baofeng.
