[arm-allstar] TM-V71A PC serial port comands?

Hi Sam,
I configure all my remote-base radios simply as standard simplex nodes,
with none of the AllStar remote base stuff configured or activated. This
has given me the most flexibility and stability. I've then got macros
(and/or website) to manage frequency agility, etc., via hamlib (rigctl).
I've been using this type of setup for at 4+ years with great results.
