Yes, those instructions are good for Acid. I just wanted to make sure you were not using a BBB or RPi2 and needlessly using them. The problem is that it is a rather involved process to get it working on Acid. You have to follow each step. That is where I started using it when I wrote it and I still have it working on an Acid system. You need to set all the permissions correctly and the sudo file setup as well as the web browser. This is all done on the BBB or RPi2 so moving there would make it easy.
The files are in the tarball download. You have to copy files to the specified location. Did you follow the directions at the site - http://crompton.com/hamradio/allstar/lsnodes.html

Shoot, I am sorry. I was told that the instructions on your website will work for acid. Maybe I got some bad information..? Acid is what I am working with.
