[arm-allstar] Bug with current SVN of app_rpt.

Jonathan,

I wonder why you are getting the current svn? Our code is current as there have been few if any svn changes lately. Is there something specific you need it does not have? Our Allstar code differs from SVN in several areas and it will be drifting more away from svn in the future including a complete rewrite of simpleusb and usbradio. While we will still keep it up to date with svn changes, svn code will not work directly on the RPi2 or BBB without problems. We only support our images at hamvoip.org.

But after about a minute app_rpt throws an "HID thread died or something!!" error and starts flooding the Asterisk CLI screen with "can't detach usb device" errors from chan_usbradio. At this point my URIx starts slow flashing. Asterisk/app_rpt will no longer output any audio, it will not repeat, nothing.
