[arm-allstar] using BBB GPIO running asterisk v1.2.1

GPIO works great with the BBB using the external gpio fobs. I have scripts
that work that turn on and off outputs to control my Doug Hall voter. I
also have some code that monitors the inputs which are tied to the voted
indicators to tell me the percentage of time each receiver has been voted.
I also have a mode that plays the site name of the most voted receiver
after each transmission which can either suplement the courtesy tone or
replace it.

I used the sample code that Doug included in the how to on the website as a
starting point.

It's not perfect but it gave me a great project to teach this old man a bit
of Python coding.

If anyone would like to play with my code, I can provide it. Email me and
I'll send you a link to a drop box download.
