Went out from the working email on my reply. Maybe I should wait until after
this full moon to play with this...
Here was my reply...
I am running the Raspberry Pi 2, and as far as the code version.? Again, I'm
brand new at this, but here is what I get when I boot up and log in.
Arch-Linux 3.18.10-3-ARCH (tty1)
RPi2 Version 1.0 Allstar - April 10, 2015
I'm also getting the daily digest of these messages, which makes it hard to
reply in a thread. I may switch to individual messages for now.

I just got my node up and running a week or so ago, but today I noticed it
wasn't functioning. At first it appeared no audio out, and I could not
connect, or perform DTMF commands. A friend connected from his node though.
This evening it does nothing either way. I got the error message...
"[ 25.864736] Transfer to device 5 endpoint 0x2 frame 622 failed -
FIQ reported NYET. Data may have been lost."
Doing a "lsusb" shows my URI to be "device 5", so it appears it recognizes
it, its just not working. I'm new to Linux and new to Allstar. Does this
indicate I lost a driver?

Brian,
You did not mention if you were running a BBB or RPi2? Also what version
of the code?
