[arm-allstar] Setting up allstar node on linux server

Hi John,
For trying to setup an AWS (or other virtually hosted) hub, I'd recommend
Steve's scripts as a starting point. Most of the BBB and RPi2 patches
aren't as important for your scenario.
I will mention that some users have reported problems running the AllStar
software on any virtualized server, since this is VoIP software and
variable host server latency can make the audio choppy or cause other
glitches....From experience, I know latency on AWS can sometimes be crazy!
However, virtualization can be done. I run several hub nodes on a
virtualized server (from my office) and I typically have no problems. So,
it is possible to do. I'm running a customized version, based on Debian
Wheezy on the host and guest. Currently, the AllStar version is
customized, too, but the SVN version should be fine....The host is rather
heavily loaded, but, it is a big box!
As with everything like this, YMMV!
