[arm-allstar] new node difficulty connecting

Hello, noob here.
I have an RPI-2/FOB node going. It is tied to a LCS2000 and I'm using DJ-G29 HT. 

Outgoing:If I use the SSH/CLI, I can successfully connect to nodes and talk to people (not tested with other species)
DTMF works fine for local things like: *10, *70, *81
Incoming:I tried the telephone access and it worked. 
Unable to accept connects from other nodes
I've got the port forwarding for 4569 UDP (Asus RT-N16).  Tried Firewall on and off, no joy.  I think this is ok if the telephone access works.

Suggestions?
