[arm-allstar] Fwd: Compiling v1.1

Nothing was changed. I added some files to svn. Nothing done that should
affect the build.
So the order of events:
Fresh install
make
make install
all ok
Add .c files in apps and channels to my svn repo.
Edited app_rpt.c for mod that allows linkedct tones to be defined on a
per-node basis. (Working elsewhere)
make (failed in chan_voter)
reverted change
make (failed in chan_voter)
make clean
make (failed in chan_voter)
We are using 1.1 because 1.2 is missing important features we need (capemgr
and I think there was something else, don't recall)
