[arm-allstar] CW ID not transmitting a 10 minute intervals

Hardware:  BBB, Baofeng UV-6B (or UV-3rplus, both 2 watts out with stock antenna), PL codes in and out, Advanced Repeater Systems (ARS) URI, WIFI (thanks W0ANM Chris, it works just fine).
Duplex = 0 problem: Everything works perfect except Ido not get the CW ID at 10 minute intervals. I do get the ID alongwith the time every hour on the hour. Of a lesser concern, keyed *81 (time)works, keyed *80 (ID) does not work, keyed *70 (current node status) works, keyed *76 (drop all connection)works. Scheduling *76 works but scheduling ID's at timed intervalsdoes not work.

Duplex = 1 problem: Everything works perfect including the ID's at 10 minute intervals except mytransmissions break off and on when I pause slightly between words when I breathe.  Yes, I also believe it is a COS problem.
URI vendors solution: Crank up the radios' audio output tothe URI and turn it down when it goes out to Allstar (BBB). The ARS URI has built  in transmit and receive audio controls (pots, seehttp://www.arsrepeaters.com/USB_AllStar_Adapters.php).  The vendor provides a very good set up guide.  He recommends just a few changes to your settings (duplex =0 is one) The 'crank up, etc.' above was in response to my request forhelp. I briefly tried to make these adjustments. My audio was a bitover driven. I will try it again if that is the only solution to keeping the COS open.
Question: Is there another way to get the ID totransmit at the legal intervals without the transmission breaks? Ithink I've turned everything pertinent in the RPT file on or off at least once, but maybe I've missed the magic combination.  Note: I'm new to allthis.  Linux, Asterisk and electronics are not my 2nd, 3rdand 4th languages, but I'm having fun hacking awayanyway. If everything worked the first time I would not have learned anything so no complaints.

Doug, thanks for all your work on thisproject.
