[arm-allstar] Playnews problem

Whenever something in SW fails you have to say to yourself "what have I changed?" In this case yes, if you turn off telemetry it will not work. You didn't mention you had changed anything else just that it stopped working out of the blue.

So I changed linktolink=yes I also set duplex=1 and now rpt playback does global audio. I haven't fired the news but after the traffic dies down on the repeater I going to try it again.
