[arm-allstar] RPi ID Reports Local IP Address

Do you mean when it initially boots or at every ID? By default it reports the local IP address at boot one time. This is the address you use to communicate with it using ssh etc. You can turn this off if you desire be setting the SAY_IP_AT_BOOT variable in /usr/local/etc/allstar.env to "disabled"
