Neil,

Try 930=cmd, /etc/asterisk/local/playnews/playnews ARRL 21:00 40000

Also, Doug, I can do this, but to save version continuity, how about adding
the ability to play on demand? I have a group who runs a net and would
love to have the ability to run it afterwards... when they are done, on
demand and not on a typical 9pm schedule.

such as, 930=cmd, /etc/asterisk/local/playnews/playnews ARRL NOW 40000

in Neils example would play the news after a short "Hello, the ARRL News
will be with you shortly please wait..." then do the initial id and start
message.. continuing on from there...

What do you think?
