[arm-allstar] Cm108

I looking at adding 3 possibly 4 repeaters to my network pretty soon. I
have one DMK URI on hand and maybe I should look into a modified Cm108
everyone is talking about.

Who has the best ebay or amazon deal?

Also who has the most reasonable method. I am not afraid to solder, but
don't want to reinvent the wheel on an exotic shopping list.
