[arm-allstar] Re-acquire IP

Using a wifi hotspot for Internet service as I do, I find it necessary to
restart my RPI2 fairly frequently to re-acquire the IP address. This
happens when I move the Pi or hotspot too far from one another or when I
turn the hotspot off at night and leave the Pi running. I've been using the
built-in reboot script (via touchtone) to restart the Pi each time I lose
the Internet. Is there a better way to accomplish the same thing?  Just
curious...
