[arm-allstar] DTMF problems

Thanks guys, I got it working with your help. I had deemphasis off. After I
was able to monitor the output of the dtmf tones in the client and
everything looked ok, I went and looked at the simple usbconfig file and
deemphasis was no. I switched it to yes and bingo. Thanks again.
