[arm-allstar] Weather Report Doesn't Play on BBB

Hi Jim,

The localplay does not support MP3 files.  The wx scripts converting the
MP3 file to a ulaw file using lame and sox. I haven't looked into the MP3
files form the weather service. What do they provide and how do you
determine the URL for your location?
