Yes, it should be able to run two simpleusb radio nodes. The setup procedure is described in the setup how-to on the hamvoip.org web page. When running more than one node be sure to following that procedure and keep the nodes plugged into the same USB ports at all times.

Does the new Pi2 have enough capability to run two Simple USB Radio Interfaces, or should I stick with 1 Pi2 per repeater?
