[arm-allstar] Radius M1225 to URI

Here are two schematics that should give you some help.  One is for the FOB
adapting it to a DB9 radio interface connector and the other is the cable
that goes to the Maxtrac/Radius 16 pin accessory connector.

Can anybody help me out with the wiring connections between the URI and a
motorola radius M1225? If I can get this wired up I should be in business on
the RPi 2, I hope.
