[arm-allstar] Lsnodes

On the BBB and RPi2 it is  /srv/http/cgi-bin/lsnodes_web
You would only need to secure it if you were using it outside of your local network.

I am following www.crompton.com/lsnodes
I have lsnodes working,  but I want to secure it.
I am trying to create the .htaccess file bit I do not see /var/www/html/lsnodes on my BBB.
Am I following the wrong documentation?
