[arm-allstar] Allmon2

The issue was that the IP address had been changed from the loopback interface to the network interface. The default AMI configuration is to not allow network connections. Please leave the IP address in allmon.ini.php at 127.0.0.1 when you are running Allmon locally on a BBB or Rpi2.
