[arm-allstar] AC coupled audio

So setting up my simplex node finally!

I'm using a midland radio which has AC coupled audio like a Motorola.  I am
using speaker audio from my midland. I've read you should not ground AC
coupled audio because you'll burn up an audio amp. I noticed there is a mic
in AC.  I am guessing from reading the URI documents that audio goes here.

What do I do with the other lead of the speaker output?
