Unfortunately it will not. GPIO will be part of a larger channel driver rewrite in the next version which hopefully will come out before the end of the year.
1.2.1, as it will be called, I am hoping will be out later this week. There were a few more changes we wanted to get in and some last minute testing so that has delayed it a bit. This version will have substantially improved USB reliability and many other updates.
Also the allstarlink.org status page problem has me worried. While this has nothing to do with the BBB I am afraid that users will bombard us with that problem thinking it is the BBB. It does not seem to be getting fixed very fast. While this has nothing to do with the operation of Allstar many users seem to depend on it to tell if their node is working. Also if you were not listed there other nodes would not know you existed to be able to connect to you however they could just use the node number if they knew what it was.
I know this has been discussed at length before but I am wondering if there are currently any reliable sources of FOBS that are not potted so the modes could be made?

Doug will V 1.2 support the GPIO pins for COR/PTT? Also any idea of final release date, waiting on this to build unit for friend, and hoping for GPIO so i don't have to do fob microsurgery!
