[arm-allstar] GPIO of the BBB for ptt

Pierre,

 We are hoping to get that in the next release although there might be a smaller release before that. In any event it should be early next year.  Even if you could use the GPIO you would still need to build interface hardware to the radio. Perhaps you can find someone with good eyes and steady hands to made the mod for you.

I've seen in the todo list something about using the gpio of the BBB for ptt.. is there any news from that part of the project? 
Got a few unmoded usb fob and they are so small , and my eyes are getting old.. so it would be much more easy to use for me..
also got a few URI. but want to keep them for something else..
