[arm-allstar] Private node numbers 6000 to 6999?

Private node numbers can be anything you’d like. However, if you later decide to connect to the public AllStar network you may find the need to renumber the private side.
Some people have setup a private network which has one public node to use as a gateway. If you might want to do that then keep the private nodes under 2000.
