[arm-allstar] URI - Kenwood TMV-7 Hookup

Great information John.  I may try this mod later.  My V7 is getting old 
and it has the known problem with the display.  It's getting very hard 
to read but it's ok if you aren't going to change the frequency.  So it 
won't matter if I break it.

It looks like Kenwood fixed this on the V71.
