[arm-allstar] BBB and Private Node

Check the file located in /var/log/asterisk  I think that this is the actual
file that is updated and used.

                     I've been watching the   etc/asterisk/local/astdb.txt
for about a week now. I haven't seen it Update once. Cron seems OK.
Permissions seems right. But what's more puzzling is the fact I can't even
force an Update. I've got two BBB doing the same thing. Obviously it
operator error some place.
