[arm-allstar] Network Configuration

Thanks, Doug. I'm grasping at any possibilities at this point. I have wavered between believing it is a config problem I've created on the BBB or a router configuration error. Three different routers and several days later, I'm still not up and running. I even downloaded the latest distro and began again from scratch to ensure I had a fresh start.  

No operational nodes at this point, so perhaps a landline would be best if you don't mind. Happy to call at your convenience. I'll put together notes on my setup in the morning.
