[arm-allstar] Next BBB update

Aloha,
Will this require a ground up rebuild or an upgrade. It's not a big deal
to do the ground up for me but I have built a few nodes for others
around the country who might not be able to do a ground up rebuild..
Easy to burn and ship a new card I guess. Just wondering.
