[arm-allstar] WiFi With BBB?

I'm definitely ready to set up a VPN if that will solve the problem. What's
worrisome is the up and down nature of my quality of service. Example: This
is a ping of Google from my router just a few minutes ago using Verizon.
The first 11 pings were consistent, then timeout.

Timed out trying to send a packet to www.google.com
Even when I change to another carrier (AT&T) I get similar results. I'm
guessing this is why everything will be working just fine for a few
minutes, then I'm disconnected. I won't be able to connect to anything
(Allstar or Echolink) for a while, then next time I try, connection is fine
for a few minutes. Very frustrating.
