[arm-allstar] WiFi With BBB?

Hi John,

I don't have familiarity with the routers you're using, but, I know it can
be made to work--I used a Verizon 4G smartphone HotSpot at a club meeting
recently to provide a connection for a BBB.

This scenario didn't get me a "live" IP address or any port forwarding.
So, it required that I run a VPN (outbound) to obtain a live address. If
you can't find a way to get port forwarding working, there are numerous
VPN providers out there for a few dollars a month.
