[arm-allstar] Balloon Map

Arrrrggggg! Cockpit error on my part. Went back and looked at the 
rpt.conf and uncommented the second instance for the second node which 
I'm not using...
Thanks... I have this problem on all nodes on BBB. Don't know how I 
missed that one. But I'm learning... Mahalo guys.
