[arm-allstar] Balloon Map

Aloha All,
Been playing with the BBB for a while now and have them in various 
setups (Hub, Simplex, Repeater) but one thing I am finding is that it 
doesn't always populate the balloon map. I just set up a node as a hub 
and dropped a lot of nodes on it and none of them show up in the balloon 
map. Am I missing something somewhere.
