[Arm-allstar-irlp] Unable to link to REF9100 or any WinSystem Allstar hubs

I bounced my router and now I am able connect to both. Apparently, there
was a problem in the router. I’ve had some issues with it since a firmware
update. There wasn’t any clues in the connectlog. Thanks.
