[Arm-allstar-irlp] chan_irlp source code?

Understood... for an rPi based solution. It seems to me, and it may be pure
ignorance, that the chan_irlp module compiled up for arm would not be
compatible with an x86 solution? I was assuming I would need to recompile
that module to get it to work on a non rPi node?
