[Arm-allstar-irlp] connection failed

Hi folks, My desktop crashed back in January. I was not going to try and 
fix it as the mother board was bad. So loaded up on a PI-3. Finally 
found a backup of the secring.pgp. Things worked fine till about 2 weeks 
ago I decided to make a backup copy of the MicroSD card.
Well screwed that up so now have to start over.  Now every thing works 
except IRLP.
  This is what I get in the IRLP log

I am missing something..
