[Arm-allstar-irlp] Offline Help?

Is there someone willing to help me offline of the list with an install?

I "think" I have followed the how-to line by line. I appear to be having an
issue.
The status of my node is not showing up on status.irlp.net - that may be
normal.
I am not able to make any connections using supermon or dtmf.
I am a linux "newbie" but have done some work with IRLP in the past. It
just doesn't happen every day.

Any suggetions?  My initial thought is the placement of the secring.pgp
file and possibly it's permissions.

Thank you in advance.  Note this would be my old node number 3518. I'm
trying to get that one to work with my Allstar node so I can move my 8080
to my work office.
