[Arm-allstar-irlp] IRLP

I might add to my original comments that it might help to educate the IRLP
person or group you want to talk to about the benefits of Allstar. IRLP
offers no advantage over Allstar and many disadvantages. Current IRLP users
can dump their IRLP board, bring up Allstar, probably using most of their
current hardware, and if they want use their IRLP key to still connect to
the IRLP network. It would be the best of both worlds using one Pi.
