Doug,
I’d like to ask the ARM IRLP group to share what settings they came up with.
I don’t have an IFR, but these work very good for me balancing out the systems.

irxgain=-7 ; IRLP receive gain adjustment
itxgain=5.5 ; IRLP transmit gain adjustment

I would like to publish the IRLP howto on the website but before I do that are there any comments on it? Anything that should be added, corrected, etc. Has it been helpful in setting up your IRLP? Are there any changes you would suggest that might make it easier? I am again attaching it.
