 From the docs...

Installing your Credentials and node information

Your IRLP secret key needs to be installed in the /home/irlp/.pgp
directory.

pubring.pgp -> /home/irlp/pubring.pgp       <<<< This symbolic link should
already be there
secring.pgp     <<<<  You copy this file from a previous installation


The secring.pgp file is from a previously running IRLP server you own and
that is not operational when you bring Allstar/IRLP up.
