[Arm-allstar-irlp] Experimental Reflectors

[Doug Crompton]

It seems some can connect and others cannot. Keep in mind that experimental
nodes have a different database that may only be updated daily and not all
entries may be accurate or online. It is important for you to leave you
node on for node updates.

For those having problem with experimental nodes please give us the node
numbers you are NOT having success with so we can test.
