[Arm-allstar-irlp] Experimental Reflector problem

Hi Joe,

Thanks for sending the log. The only thing I see is that the reflectors 
that worked used the UNCOMP (ulaw) CODEC, the experimental nodes that 
didn't work were trying to negotiate the ADPCM CODEC.

I seem to recall, way back in yesteryear, there was a patch for the 
Asterisk ADPCM CODEC to make it compatible with IRLP??? Am I remembering 
this right???  It so, we may not have that patch applied???

...Can anyone connect to experimental reflectors or to nodes not running
ulaw?

Thoughts anyone?
